Jarlecia, a United States Army veteran, has been committed to the Human Resources profession for nearly ten years, having supported clients in a variety of industries to include government contracting, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, and education. 


Jarlecia is passionate about assisting businesses in developing policies, improving processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws. 


In her spare time, Jarlecia enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, traveling, and servicing her local homeless community, as well as advocating for the safety and well-being of our homeless veterans. She believes that no one should who has served and defended their country be homeless.
